Heading
the creative team at B-Squared, Jaime is a dynamic leader with an innovative
creative edge. She expertly integrates marketing strategies across all
communication channels in both consumer and business to business arenas
— from retail and fashion to healthcare and technology. Jaime’s
talent and skill are matched by her intuitive ability to understand
a client’s business and develop creative marketing communications
that build brands that motivate consumers.
Jaime’s
15 year career began in New York City, where she worked at several industry
giants, including DIGITAS, Publicis S.A. and Dentsu. Her attention to
detail, conceptual strengths and design expertise have enabled her to
execute impactful, strategic marketing solutions for some of today’s
most recognizable brands including American Express, BMW of North America,
Canon USA, Lancôme, L’Oreal and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
While
at DIGITAS Jaime was a key player in the launch of anntaylor.com—Ann
Taylor’s first e-Commerce Web site. She successfully led a team
that extended the multi-channel reach of the Ann Taylor shopping experience
and style for which the brand is known.
Bidding
farewell to Madison Avenue, Jaime returned to her hometown of Saratoga
Springs, New York, where she served as Creative Supervisor at Palio
Communications. During that time she developed memorable campaigns for
Abbott Laboratories, American Pharmaceutical Partners, GlaxoSmithKline,
Nalgene Nunc, Pfizer, and Saratoga Hospital.
In
2005, Jaime realized her dream of opening her own marketing and advertising
agency, and B-Squared Integrated Marketing was born.
Gregg
Stacy Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy

Leading
the account management and strategic marketing department at B-Squared,
Gregg has worked in senior level positions on both agency and client
sides of the business. This gives Gregg a unique insight into every
aspect of our clients’ business. He assesses client strengths
and weaknesses from their perspective, which allows him to deliver innovative
and relevant strategic brand marketing recommendations aimed at improving
sales and driving traffic.
Gregg
has extensive agency experience with some of the largest names in the
industry, including Young & Rubicam in New York City and Hill, Holiday
in Boston. In addition, he managed his own marketing and graphic design
firm in Burlington, Vermont for nearly 10 years.
Prior
to joining B-Squared Integrated Marketing, Gregg was Vice President
of Brand Marketing at High Falls Brewing Company in Rochester, New York,
where he was responsible for all strategic marketing initiatives for
the Genesee Brewing and J.W. Dundee’s Ales & Lagers brand
families. Managing a multi-million dollar budget, developing strategic
multi-channel and multi-package marketing plans, directing and executing
merchandising and advertising initiatives, and designing web site content
were all part of a day’s work. Through a series of rebranding
and repositioning programs, he successfully defined distinct brand identities
and marketing programs within each brand’s respective competitive
category – resulting in higher consumer awareness and a boost
in sales revenue.
Gregg
has also worked with Eating Well Magazine, Montana Mills Bread Company,
Rochester Institute of Technology, the State of Vermont, the United
Way and the University of Vermont.
Erika
Dalski Senior Marketing & Account Manager
Erika
began her career in 2000 at Hill, Holiday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Inc.
in Boston, MA, where she managed such clients as Fleet Bank, Enterasys
Networks and Partners HealthCare. As a Senior Account Executive, Erika
oversaw the day-to-day client relationship, developed highly effective
marketing strategies, and led a number of successful marketing programs
from concept to completion. During her tenure at Hill, Holiday she worked
across an array of marketing disciplines - direct mail, print advertisements
and Web-based initiatives.
Prior
to moving to Saratoga Springs and joining B-Squared Erika was a Senior
Associate of Marketing at DIGITAS, Inc. in New York City. At DIGITAS,
she managed the American Express – Consumer Credit Card account,
focusing on usage and retention for card members. She was a key team
member identifying marketing opportunities and overseeing the development
of strategic and innovative direct mail, e-marketing, and Web-based
programs, while continuing to foster and grow the client/agency partnership.
Erika
has a BS in Psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg,
VA.
Carl
Casselman Senior Copy Writer
Carl
is an accomplished copywriter with over 25 years of senior-level creative
experience in the advertising and marketing industry. His career began
in New York City working for such Madison Avenue giants as Lintas Worldwide
and BBDO Worldwide where he developed memorable campaigns for Chrysler
Corporation, Diet Coke, Inc., Gillette and Proctor & Gamble products.
Carl created influential copy for such brands as Marriott Hotels &
Resorts and Bell Atlantic at Foote Cone & Belding in Philadelphia.
As President of his own advertising agency, Searos and Casselman, in
Stamford Connecticut, he developed campaigns for Miller Brewing Company
and Waldenbooks. A line that still resonates today is his “Come
to think of it, I’ll have a Heineken” tagline.
He
is also credited with creating the original branding for Timberland,
a legacy that endures to this day.
Carl
brings a unique insight to a client’s brand by clearly defining
their position in the marketplace while also separating them from the
competition. Since joining B-Squared he has developed impactful headlines
and taglines for Ed Levin, Inc. and Dinner by Design, for which the
agency won a Silver at the International Davey Awards.
Carl
has a BA in English Literature from Williams College and lives with
his wife in Saratoga Springs. He is also Chairman of the Saratoga Crisis
Action Network and Vice Chairman of the Cornell Extension Human Ecology.
Danielle
Gallo Senior Art Director
Danielle
has more than 20 years of innovative brand, marketing and advertising
experience across all communication channels. Before she joined the
B-Squared team, Danielle was a senior-level Creative Consultant in New
York City, providing strong creative and direction for such agencies
as Rowland Promotions & Design, (a division of Saatchi & Saatchi),
Ogilvy & Mather and DIGITAS. She has also developed and produced
creative solutions for Estee Lauder, FAO Schwarz and NFL Properties.
Danielle
has provided interactive solutions for a diverse group of clients: American
Express, JP Morgan Chase, Weider Publications, Inc. Anntaylor.com, and
Starwood.com. She has also received industry awards from The Art Directors
Club and Graphis Design.
Danielle
has a BFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design in Providence,
RI and has studied Multimedia at New York University. She founded American
Yacht Racing Inc. and competed in the Rolex International Women’s
Keelboat Championships for J/22 and J/24 sailboats.
Susan
J. Sechrist Copy Writer
Susan’s
strengths lie in the areas of educational and technical writing and
editing. Prior to joining the B-Squared team she consulted with a diverse
group of clients including State University of New York at Albany, GE
Global Research, Excelsior College, Delmar Learning, Archi-Tech magazine
and Rensselear Polytechnical Institute. Her responsibilities included
editor for courseware projects, business analysis and writing for financial
software, and marketing summaries for higher education institutions.
Her expertise extends to editing and organizing marketing, promotional,
and Web-based projects.
Susan
has also written for many educational, architectural and environmental
publications and Web-based newsletters and columns including “Architectural
Abroad” — RPI’s Review and “Lighting Signs:
Environmental Design” – Archi-Tech.
Susan
has an associates degree in Math and Sciences from Hudson Valley Community
College and a BS in Communications from Rensselear Polytechnical Institute.
Marisa
LoStritto Designer
Marisa
began her career at MapInfo Corporation in Troy, NY where she was responsible
for developing event signage & posters, logos, collateral materials
and advertisements for regional events.
In
addition to her attention to detail and organizational skills when managing
the production and digital files, Marisa brings great enthusiasm and
an original vision for concept development and design. Her passion for
research toward a client's business enables her to develop well thought
out creative solutions.
Marisa
has a BFA in Graphic Design from Sage College of Albany, NY.
